Approval to add a sunroom on the rear of the home. The walls of the sunroom addition will be brick and will match the existing home. The wall on the west rear elevation will be a bi-fold glass wall in aluminum, the door and windows on the north and south part of the addition will be of the same material. The inner living area is designed to be the same level as the outside patio in order to create a continuous space when the bi-fold glass wall is open. The floor of the sunroom and patio will be concrete. The parapet will be aluminum. Outside of the sunroom, a deck for a hot tub will be built on the patio. The floor for the deck will be trex. The deck will be 18 inches tall and will be screen on two sides with a brick wall and limestone cap.
