Demolition of existing garage and replacement with an new 4 square foot primary detached accessory structure (2 car garage) and an attached 1 square foot secondary accessory structure attached to the garage. The proposed structure appears to meet zoning regulations regarding building heights (primary and secondary), wall heights and setbacks. In terms of building materials, the applicant indicates that the primary exterior faade material will be a horizontal hardiplank lap siding with a smooth finish.
