One boring on each the northwest and northeast corners of the exsting building will be performed. For each boring a single truck drill rig ( x 30) will be used. Boring test holes will be 6" in diameter to a depth of approximately feet below the sidewalk. Miss utility locator to be used prior to work start in addition to a private utility locator. All borings will be backfilled and patched in accordance with ddoe requirements. The side walking the building frontage will be for two days. Total work duration two days. This construction permit requires a separate occupancy permit. The attached plans and conditions are a part of this permit. SCORE 86 21 Pennsylvania Avenue Nw Washington Dc The scope of work for this project will consist of performing a total of 4 borings in public space. Three borings (ecs-1, ecs-2, and ecs-3) will be performing along the sidewalk of the 21 block of pennsylvania avenue and aec-3 will be performed in the public alley way behind the building located at the address of 21 pennsylvania avenue. Borings ecs-1, ecs-2, ecs-3 will be advanced to depths of approximately feet below the existing ground surface while boring aec-3 will be advanced to a depth of approximately feet below the existing ground surface. Each boring will be advanced utilizing hollow stem augers and will create an approximate 6 hole. Prior to starting work, miss utility will be contacted to mark existing utilities in the area and we will also utilize a private utility locator to mark any private utilities. After utility marking, a track mounted auger drill rig will be mobilized to the site (dimensions of approximately 8 wide by long) to drill each of the borings.
