Construction of a new two-car garage to be located entirely behind the primary structure. Separate approval was also issued for a special exception for the pitched portion of the garage roof to be over-height (plnhlc2017-00747). The garage is proposed to be 17 feet, 4 1 8 inches at its tallest point above existing grade, or 3 feet, 4 1 8 inches over sr-1a zoning district height limitations. There is a portion of flat roof which was not included in the special exception, and is not to exceed 9 feet in height above existing grade. Proposed building materials include horizontal cedar siding, cedar shingles on the dormer to match that on the dormer of the primary structure, and asphalt shingles for the roof. Two single car garage doors will be utilized due to the unique layout of the structure.
