Approval for remodeling the house: 1. Replace existing single pane front windows with new composite windows. The new windows are proposed to have 5 wide wood trim that will match the original profile as closely as possible. The current windows are steel casement windows that are not original to the house. 2. Cover the existing pipe columns on the front porch with either wood or fiber cement cladding. The columns will match the original columns. 3. Replace existing front door with double leaf door, the proposed door will be wood and will have panels that will match the original door as closely as possible. 4. Repair existing single hung windows. 5. Install casement window on the window opening on the gable of the front faade. The opening is currently boarded up. The proposed window is to have panels similar to the original window. 6. Repair and paint exterior siding, fascia and soffit. 7.
