This project has been verbally approved by the utah state office of historic preservation. The proposed use is an art studio. Cabin: ? The proposal is to relocate the cabin within the existing lot, closer to its original location. The new location will fill in a gap in the streetscape slightly to the north of the cabins 1905 location. ? Each piece of the cabin will be disassembled and cataloged then assembled on a new foundation and location. ? The exterior of the cabin would be restored. ? A chimney would be reintroduced. The chimney would have river rock stone veneer. ? The new windows would be double hung - aluminum wood clad. The original windows are shown on the historic photos as being double hung. ?
