This approval covers the following scope of work: 1. Remove existing gas meter at south side of home and install new gas line meter at northwest corner of property; 2. Replace existing driveway with concrete in existing configuration dimensions; 3. Extend existing driveway past the rear facade of the house to meet an existing asphalt parking pad in rear yard, as shown on attached site plan; 4. Remove existing curved front walkway and install new straight walkway from the front porch steps to the public sidewalk, as shown on the site plan; 5. Install narrow row of red brick pavers to delineate driveway from new sidewalk area; 6. Replace existing curved front deck with a square deck that abuts new sidewalk, as shown on site plan; 7. Remove non-functional light post and relocate existing raised garden bed.
