Revised proposals - following staff & hlc review - to remove the rest of the aluminum siding to the rear and covering porch, gable and soffit & fascia to the front, repair of rear wood siding, repair of soffit & fascia around the property, repair of early wood casement windows, restoration of the front porch, and replacement of aluminum & wood rear windows and steel windows to basement. Stucco coat over brickwork to be retained since removal would cause extensive additional damage to brickwork. Phase ii - proposals to replace, repair & restore windows. Phase iii - new guttering
