The applicant (davidson-macri sweeping) proposes to conduct maintenance activities within the constructed storm water drainage facilities within the blueberry place plat located south of ne 6th street and east of duvall avenue ne. Existing vegetation within the storm water facility would be removed. In addition sediment along the bottom of the pond may be removed. An existing wetland and a class 4 stream are located within the tract that includes the storm water detention pond. The wetland stream and their buffers would be affected by the required maintenance work which would be conducted during november 2013.
