Renton public works staff is working with the victoria hills hoa the storm water facility owners to transfer responsibility for long-term maintenance of the facility per the citys policy to assume maintenance for storm water flow control facilities in single family residential plats. The proposed work is for long term routine maintenance required to restore and preserve the flow control and water quality function of the existing storm water detention facility and to reduce risk of storm water overflows into the victoria hills community. Three significant utilities structures are located adjacent to and down slope of the victoria hills storm water facilitys north berm.
