At the intersection of ne 4th st & hoquiam ave ne pse needs to to raise the primary neutral wire 4-feet to meet l&i clearance standards for rentons signal arm. To accomodate this pse will raise the wire up into the promary position at pole grid number 318109-167464 located at the northeast corner of the intersection. If that does not create the proper clearance needed at the signal are pse will lift the neutral at pole grid number 318109-167428 located on the northwest side of the intersection. If the neutral is raised on both sides pse will need to install mid0span spacers to avoid line contact.
