Remodel garage & plumbing laundry: install new electric sub-panel 1 amps to garage & install new lights & receptacles. Install steel cabinets and workbench. Install new circuits to laundry room. Replace corroded gas line from meter to laundry room. Install recessed faucets for washing machine. Withdrawn plans: will talk to owner, no money collected. Resubmittal # 1 - pvt - 03/20/2015 per building comments and added to scope of work by bath remodel: remove exterior door and infill, remove (e) closet by pass door and infill. Remove & replace vanity/sink with larger double sink vanity same location, install new fan/light heater combo, replace toilet, same location, new lighting. Elelctrical service upgrade from 125 amp to 2 amp. Install new wall mounted air conditioner to media room & condensing unit to exterior concrete patio.
