As a part of this task, we are planning to drill one soil test borings, using hollow stem augers of about eight inches is diameter, the boring will be extended to a maximum depth of feet below existing grade. Spt samples will be obtained at selected depth intervals. The borehole will be backfilled with a 60: bentonite:cement mix upon completion of sampling, on the same day of drilling. The investigation derived waste (idw) will stored in 55 gallon drums and will be tested and disposed off the by a licensed waste hauler. Drilling will take place in-between blue plain drive sw and dc village ln sw, as per site plans, work plans report, dc well construction application, dc well schematic form, for district of columbia water and sewer authority. All drilling will be done under ddoe/wqd regulation.
