City of renton proposes to construct a shallow earthen berm within a wetland buffer for the delaney park subdivision in order to mitigate flooding of an adjacent property (the mellish property) located at 721 kitsap ave ne. The berm would span 43 linear feet in the wetland buffer of delaney park tract a and shamrock heights tract l. This berm interrupts the storm water flow from shamrock heights tract l. In order to mitigate the drainage interference a weir was placed over the sewer line to allow flow.
