To add driveway;scc; based upon the information given to me by natalie, this grading permit should not be issue due to the following reasons: 1. The developer has not completed the necessary maintenance of the detention basins as required by ordinance and prior agreement with engineering dept. The developer has had ample time to do so, more than 2 years. 2. The developer has not submitted final close-out documents and as-built plans for this project. 3. The developer must demonstrate that the grading to take place will not cause fill/cut slopes steeper that 2:1/ 1 1/2 :1 respectively and higher than 5 feet, as per ordinan ce. Otherwise, the developer must present design plans by a professional engineering attesting stability of proposed slopes.; 1. Driveway must be located at least 5 from property line. 2. Entrance apron for driveway access shall be constructed of concrete. 3.
