The developer must demonstrate that the grading to take place will not cause fill/cut slopes steeper that 2:1/ 1 1/2 :1 respectively and higher than 5 feet, as per ordinan ce. Otherwise, the developer must present design plans by a professional engineering attesting stability of proposed slopes.; 1. Driveway must be located at least 5 from property line. 2. Entrance apron for driveway access shall be constructed of concrete. 3. Driveway access apron must be construct
