Complaint received; occupants throw trash and human feces out of their 2nd floor window. Trash includes, human feces in plastic bags or magazine pages, cigarette butts, condoms, random toys, chicken bones, rib bones, empty cans and baby diapers. It gets on my property and smells very bad. I do not open my bottom floor windows because of the smell. There are several children that live at the house and im not sure if the reason that they are throwing feces out the window is because there is no working toilet in the house.
