Scrape and seal all fire and smoke damaged framing not removed by demolition. Replace basement stairs to meet brochure 9, at minimum. Stairs appear to exceed that requirement, but too damaged to access to verify. Double any charred joists full length. Provide smoke and co detectors to code (rental). At minimum, replace all electrical home runs. Panel to be verified as not damaged by heat, smoke or water, or replaced. Replace heat damaged pex supply piping.
