As per well & septic, guest house must remain un-occupied until connected to public water & sewer. Permit has been extended until 6/4/2010, but the following conditions must be met before work can continue on this project: 1) customer must provide engineers statement for structural integrity of the structure and status of mold growth and mold abatement. 2) customer must submit third party footing and parging inspection certifications. 3) the customer must have an approved 555 inspection. Revision on 1/22/20 retaining wall.
