Demolition of an existing, structurally compromised, single story addition and new construction of a replacement addition. The original, existing structure is a one story single family residence with basement. The proposed replacement addition is one story above grade and one below. Sewer lateral replacement will be included as well as conversion of a bedroom in the original home into a bathroom. Total square footage of new addition is 8 sq ft comprised of a breakfast nook, a bedroom up, a bedroom down, and a cold storage room.
