Captin feissner identified the need for a 20-foot wide fire department access road and associated turn-around to serve the (2) proposed lots. While we have modified the plan to provide the required turn-around, there is a practical difficulty in provididng a full 20-foot required width. This is due to the fact that additional width would be necessary to provide grading, shoulders, and drainage on each side of the 20-foot wide access road.
