To resolve vcc violations (case number 17-01387), as follows:repair louvered shutters on front elevation, reinstall batten shutters on dumaine elevation (install new clarks tip hinges). Paint to match existing, (benjamin moore "giant sequoia or hot apple spice") semiglosssand, prep and paint dumaine side window where paint is deteriorating. Repair warped gutter, and paint to match existing trim soffit, as needed. Remove unused wiring, as needed. Secure operable wiring tightly and discretely and paint to match adjacent surface. Note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
