Shutter repair and replacement. 926 928 dumaine is a tri-plex with shutters on three sides. The front of dumaine has very beautiful curved shutters. These shutters are being repaired and painted. There are six pair of shutters on 926 dumaine and and six pair of shutters on 928 dumaine. When building was purchased there where only 6 pair of side shutters total. We are repairing the six pair and they will be mounted on 926 dumaine. We propose to replace the six pair of shutters on 928 dumaine with western red cedar 1 and 1 8 standard rlush stile and rail exterior wood shutters. I have attached the specifications for the new shutters ( 2 pages), a drawing showing the shutter layout for 926, 928 dumaine, a picture of the existing side shutters, and a picture of the front of the house showing the shutters we are having repaired.
