Retain existing carpet installed on front porch and steps per architectural committee approval 05 09 17, until transfer of property ownership. Replacement and or regular maintenance of carpet is permitted and required. Carpet must be removed upon transfer of property, and may not be retained or "grandfathered" after transfer to new ownership.
