Permit for the relocation of lot lines to create one (1) lot from three (3) zoning lots, existing with five (5) office of property assessment accounts and five (5) legal descriptions on a single deed. For the creation of a private parking lot to contain twenty-five (25) open-air off-street parking spaces, including two (2) accessible spaces, accessory to an existing sit-down restaurant in a two (2) story detached structure as previously approved. Parking lot to provide landscaping at perimeter, to be situated on ground with grades not exceeding ten percent (10%) and shall provide a hard top surface. Size and location as shown in application / plan.
