Non-structural alterations exterior work - tear off old shingles and sheathing if necessary and replace new shingles on roof as per code. Apwc approved with the condition that all work is implemented in accordance with all required codes.

Scope of work is limited to stabilization of a 23 ft roof support wall that is failing and is leaning slanted: install 3 new 6x6x1 2" thick new support steel column (w14x30) with footers. Erect a new 23 ft exterior inch cmu wall to support the roof. All works as per plans and per code. Separate permit is required for other works
