Please note: this application is for 919-921 mazant street. 1) seeking to restore shutters on side of house with compliance with the historical landmarks commission. 2) seeking to update the electric lamps currently on the front of the house with slightly larger gas lamps (to be approved by landmarks commission). 3) if city permits allow, will seek the construction of a small stone-enclosed garden between the two sets of front steps.
