To resolve vcc violation case #17-00552-vccnop, as follows:remove unpermitted canopy, including attachments and supportsrepair replace seven board fence as needed. This permit prohibits the application of the following exterior coating materials and paints: sealers, ceramic coatings paints, elastomeric coatings paints, waterproofing water repellent coatings. Note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
