Bradley farms - lot p5 (part of lots 6&7), block 8. Roadway improvements along durham drive. Remove exesting driveway, mill and overlay along durham drive, trenching for 8" sanitary sewer line. Construct mc-301. 03 type driveway in accordance with montgomery county standard and specification. Complete repair (restoration of right of way) shall be made of any and all damages done to the existing improvements in the public right of way caused by construction operations on this site. Work shall be completed as directed by the dps inspector.
