All work as per scope of work stamped vcc approved 06 06 17 as follows: remove portion of slate roofing tiles from roof of rear attached kitchen building where lower roof meets conti elevation of main building repair and or replace underlayment as necessary install self-adhering ice and water membrane over decking fabricate and install new copper step and counter flashing on the brick wall any masonry repairs to utilize vcc standard mortar recipe and details (attached) install new natural slate matched to existing, using copper nails metal cap-flashing on the parapets is not allowed note: trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs all work must conform to standard vcc policies & guidelines permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapet or surrounding wallstorch-applied roofing is not permitted in the vieux carr. All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure.
