I am a board member on the condo association so the inspection is not for my individual unit, but rather for the common property of the condo association. There are two trees on the property that i am concerned about. They are both in the parking lot of the building that is off jetton street. There is a large tree on the south side of the parking lot that is growing over a retaining wall, over the neighbors building, and over a power line. It is a huge safety concern because a large limb fell on one of the cars in the parking lot and crushed the car (luckily no one was in the car at the time). There is another tree in the center of the parking garage that has roots messing up the foundation underneath our building.
