I am on the board of the condo association for the building located at 911 s. Rome avenue. This application is for the common area of the parcel, and not my individual unit (unit 3) but i was not able to select the entire parcel on the application. The application is for the removal of a large tree located on the south side of the buildings parking lot. It is growing over a retaining wall, near the neighbors building, and over a power line and poses a safety threat. David reilly already conducted a tree consultation on 7 14 2017 and said it could be removed. He did the inspection on another tree as well (located in the middle of the parking lot), but we decided to only proceed with the removal of the large tree on the south side of the parking lot for now.
