Partially demolish deteriorated collapsed wall sections at northeast corner (rear) of existing structure and reconstruct with concrete masonry units; provide tie-in to existing brick courses, partial new foundation and slab; concrete cap on existing foundation wall with new anchorage; concrete and steel lintels at openings bay, existing floor framing to be ledgered to new wall construction, reconstruct exterior wall at rear bay; all work per engineers reports, plans and details. Special inspection report(s) shall be furnished to the field inspector. No other work authroized by this permit; separate approvals required for any interior alteration rehab.

Make safe to demolish the rear wall, by hand, per engineers report. Separate permit required for construction.
