New sheathing and roof w r49 insulation. Remodel interior per plans and code w new 2x4 framing on 16o. C. W ext. Walls having r insulation plus new joists with 2x on 16 o. C. Exterior work: remove slab and replace with new 4 concrete slab reinforced w 6 w2. 1 x w2. 1 w. W. R. (8 gauge) approx 244 sf. Install new treated wood steps 3-2 (w) with (6) 8. 5 risers and treads. Install new 6(h) x 45(l)treated wood fence with 3 (w) gate. Addition: construct new one-story addition 7- x 12- w 1 window and per code and plans. Interior work: 519 sq. Ft. Underpinning of foundation walls as per engineers plans. Existing ht is 6-2 and proposed ht is 7-1. Underpinning of foundation walls as per attached engineers plans & certification. The engineer cert. Is reqd at completion of work& with a report of the exact dates of periodic inspections during construction. As per sketch code excavation and placement of a structural engineer as indicated on the certification of the work filed with approved plans. Engineers certification containing inspection dates and approvals must be filed with the building official w in days of the completion of this work.
