Remove inappropriate bricks installed after the car accidentreplace only with salvaged historic bricks that match the surrounding bricks. Mortar shall be vcc formula, see attached. Failure to exactly match materials, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work. All mortar to be mixed using the vcc recipe (attached) with a maximum of 1 part portland cement, to 3 parts lime, to 9 parts sand, and enough water to form a workable mix. Prepackaged mixes are not permitted. No other exterior work approved as per this permit. This is in response to a violation
