New shutter and brick stucco repairs, per materials approved by architectural committee 12 13 16 and stamped vcc approved 03 16 17, as follows:remove replace "shutter three" on dauphine elevation, to match "shutter one" on toulouse elevation. Shutter to be board and batten, with three chamfered battens, hasp lock, and strap hinges. Remove deteriorated portland cement from stuccoed wall in burgundy-side alley and install vcc formula stucco, per attached. Install new vcc stucco on exposed masonry wall above existing hvac platform. Repoint reinstall bricks (new bricks must match existing) using vcc mortar formula, prior to stuccoing. Do not stucco exposed masonry except as indicated on attached, stamped materials. Install metal flashing around wall vent as indicated. All reinstalled masonry must be properly "toothed in" to existing masonry wall, using vcc mortar formula (attached).
