To install one (1) double-faced aluminum sign to read frank relle per drawings submitted on 05/27/16 & stamped vcc approved 06/20/16 sign will measure: w x h x 2 thickness sign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered between the two doors into the ground floor commercial space. Sign will hang from solid aluminum bar attached to existing gallery outrigger. Sign will have a black background with white lettering no additional illumination or lighting is approvednote: all existing signs must be removed and no additional signs may be installed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.
