Remove existing roofing material at flat dormer and replace with duro-last roofing material. New material not to be visible from pedestrian level. Remove siding at pitched dormer and replace with new fiber cement siding. Remove existing non-original widow at flat dormer and replace with new non-bright white vinyl-clad window not to be visible from street. New window must property fit in historic masonry opening. Remove existing roofing material and rear flat roof and replace with duro-last roofing material. Install new white 6" half-round gutters at rear lower roof and rear upper roof. Install new 4" diameter white downspouts at rear of building.
