This parcel was involved in a boundary adjustment in 1985 (docket se-85-38). The post approval requirements for that boundary adjustment do not appear to have been completed for the subject parcel (isabella white load, aka gunn parcel). Note that the other parcel involved in docket se-85-38 had completed the post approval requirements as required for that docket. Since the post approval requirements were not completed, for this parcel, as required in docket se-85-38 and accordance with the provisions of the land use code, the remaining isabella load (gunn parcel) cannot be recognized as a building lot. This was also noted in a letter from this office dated april 10, 2002 and generally reference in to the staff report and conditions of approval for docket se-01-36
