Construct excavation and compaction for new water and sewer connections, including restoration of sidewalk, curb & gutter, and mill and overlay per attached plans and the directions of dps row inspector. Work shall comply with the current montgomery county specifications for utility construction permit and the direction of the dps inspector. All lane closures and traffic controls shall comply with the mcdot approved traffic control plans, work zone temporary traffic control standards and directions of the dps row inspector. Contact mc dot arborist (311) one week in advance to inspect any street tree trimming, trenching under the tree canopy or tree removal if required by the proposed work. The applicant must also obtain a separate roadside tree permit from the maryland department of natural resources forest service for any tree work.
