Service upgrade to 2 amp & 2 ckts

Non-structural alterations interior work: 7 sq. Ft. Mold remediation replace rotten boards 2 x 4 studs and replace with new and put up drywall in basement and closet. Exterior work: replace 2 windows in garage same size location as per code. No new partition walls approved as per chap atp: replace 2 vinyl windows that were installed in the garage without permits or approval. Install wood trimline windows that fully fit the window openings inset properly in the window openings. The windows will be 6 6 simulated divided lights with a spacer bar 5 8 muntins and white jamb liners. Windows will be painted a non-bright white. Garage door will be painted taupe. The deteriorating wooden band board on the garage may be replaced with azek board of same dimensions painted white to match. The gutters on the band board will be rehung after replacement. All work to be completed as per plans in chap files.
