Chap notice to proceed repair and expand existing driveway for ada assesibility. Remove degrading asphalt excavate regrade and install asphalt on approx. 9 sq. Ft. Expand width of driveway from 9 ft to 11-12. 5 ft. According to site plan. This will require the removal of a tree. The 95 ft. Length of driveway to remain the same. Adjacent stone retaining wall on property boundary is not to be impacted by this project. All work to be completed as per plans in chap files.
