Retain two (2) split unit air conditioning units on the dauphine elevation to be relocated as per architecture committee approval of 03/24/15 and option 2 on revised drawings submitted 04/01/15 and stamped vcc approved 04/08/15. Repair/replace wood elements of the dormers as necessary to match existing. All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Paint repaired/replacement wood to match existingcanvas, bm 267, semigloss note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work.

Remove metal coping cap, mix mortar and apply vcc approved mortar with aluminum mesh tocoping cap (approximately 1 linear feet); fabricate and install a copper inverted v chimney cap per vcc requirements (1 each); remove & replace gutters.

Mortar coping cap is leaking. We will install the required vcc mortar mix with aluminum mesh. Cap on chimney is leaking. Install new chimney cap with an inverted "v" on top of cap in copper. Order slate tiles to match existing and and install where missing; approximately 15 tiles.

Apply vcc approved mortar mix and aluminum mesh to coping caps to seal existing cracks (see attached mortar and stucco mix and mortar cap detail). Fabricate and install a 24 gauge kynar coated chimney cap and flash with sealants. Fabricate and install an inverted "v" on top of teh chimney cap made of copper. Remove and replace broken tiles. Remove and replace deteriorated decking. Per application and materials recieved 10 12 16 and stamped vcc approved 10 14 16.
