Remove rotten header over carriage way opening within courtyard and install three i beams, per ac approval 6/24/14 and drawings stamped approved 6/26/14.

Repair and replace in kind copper downspouts and flashing on building as needed, per application received 7/31/13 and proposal/work scope stamped vcc approved 8/1/13. Repair or replace in kind approximately 245 natural roof slates as needed, matching existing colors.

Ada upgrades including signage and door bells (3 total) to building front facade and courtyard facade.
