Re-application of sjeecp (attached). Remove and replace water damaged balcony pieces. Including, on the rear balcony, column, joists, trim, deck boards, ceiling boards, and stair post. Including, on the front balcony, deck boards and window head trim. Plaster ceiling repair and front door adjustment at front door. Replace toilet in bathroom. All items will be replaced with like in kind materials and profiles to match existing. All work to be painted to match previously approved vcc color selections (noted on the drawings). Non-damaged elements may be removed and re-installed as required for completion of the work.
