To install one (1) double-faced wood sign to read the giving tree gallery per drawings submitted on 10/27/15 & stamped approved 10/28/15 sign will measure: 24 w x 24 h x thickness sign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered above the door. Sign will hang from existing metal straps attached to outrigger. Sign will have a white background with black lettering no additional illumination or lighting is approvednote: all existing signs must be removed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.
