Scope of work: first floor:-interior framing will be done with 2x6 studs on exterior walls to accept r21 insulation -interior partition walls will be done with 2x4 studs -all walls and ceilings will be covered with 1 2 sheetrock -all interior doors will be solid paint grade doors all windows will be replaced with anderson 2 series meeting all energy codes -front and back entrance doors will be replaced with 36" thermatrue fiber glass doors meeting egress codes -trim will consist of paint grade baseboard and casing -kitchen cabinets will be solid wood with stone tops -all first floor floors will be hardwood.
