Replace all existing bx in basement with conduit, install new breaker panel to facilitate common space power, install new meter socket to facilitate new breaker panel, install new light fixtures in front of house and rear, install 5 new light fixtures throughout basement, install new switch to control new light fixtures, install 3 new duplex receptacles on posts, connect garage, front & back stairs to common panel, install new circuit for 2nd floor & kitchen to 2nd panel, and install new electrical meter.

Exterior renovation to remove and replace existing outer brick from bottom to parapet wall on west elevation. Remove and reconstruct existing 1 - story front porch and concrete slab as per architectural plans.
