2 story addition revision 1/24/07 - finish basement, as per approved code modification. Code modification request for 1/16/2007. Exsisting stairway from basement to 1st floor is 32"" wide. I want to finshh the basement. Also a beam projects 8"" down from the 84"" ceilings 2"" further from code. Also adding a partition in an exsisting bedroom with two windows thus creating two bedrooms each with one existing window. The existing double hung windows are in 34"" x 50"" masonry openings. They do not meet current minimum opening size in height or area creating larger masonry openings would be very expensive and ruin the appearance of the fron of the house.

On cedar street (house #8208)abandon stub 8208 cedar st off 3" pla-20# main 12-3" s fh at the intersection of cedar st & wayne ave,gas service in accordance with washington gas plan no. 96499. Construct utility pavement patch in kind as directed by the inspector in the field. A mill and overlay shall be required should the patch not meet the specifications as set forth by the current maryland state highway administration (msha) specifications and montgomery county specifications for utility construction permit.
