Excavate under rear section of main house to pour a continuous foundation footing approximately 65 long. Install new cmu w/ slate piers on new foundation. Rebuild brick piers at back wall of kitchen using appropriate lime mortar mix. Break down to level of footing 14 brick piers at left and right center area of building. Rebuild these 14 piers using cmus w/ slate. Cut 4 access holes, 2 each in the 2 existing cmu chain walls under rear (interior) portion of house. Demo and remove approximately 65 existing piers and footings under house that were improperly installed in the 1990s. All work to be done according to engineers drawing stamped received by vcc on nov. 30, 2012.

Clean and re-seal gutters, to match existing replace broken synthetic slates on rear and front with genuine slate of same size.
