At the time of purchase the building had no working exterior lights. In order to properly illuminate the buildings exterior i installed 7 barn lights along the front of the building (south side) and 1 on the east corner. All 8 lights are controlled by a dawn to dusk sensor. After installing the fixtures i was informed by the planning department that i needed to submit a luds permit as well as have a licensed electrician pull a permit to ensure the work was done to code.
